Show Your Next Meeting and Join Link in NotchDock

NotchDock’s Calendar widget shows upcoming events from the calendars you enable and can open a saved HTTPS meeting link when the event is in progress or within 10 minutes of starting.

Open NotchDock’s Calendar widget and grant Calendar access when prompted. In Calendar Settings, use Visible Calendars to choose which calendars appear; Select All and Deselect All are available. With access and at least one calendar enabled, the widget lists upcoming events and updates periodically.

Select an event to review its details. If its URL field contains an HTTPS link, or its notes contain a supported Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Webex URL, the details pane can show Join Meeting while the event is in progress or starts within 10 minutes. Selecting that button opens the link in macOS.

The widget reads events from calendars available to macOS and searches the next seven days. It does not create invitations or guarantee a join button: an event needs a usable link, the calendar must be enabled, and the event must meet the timing rule.

For missing events or a button that does not appear, follow the Calendar permission and meeting-link troubleshooting guide. For Apple’s description of calendar permissions, see Control access to your calendars on Mac.

NotchDock is currently free during beta and requires macOS 14 or newer.
